At Gemspire Crystal Gallery, we take great care in packaging and shipping our crystals, jewelry, and accessories to ensure they arrive safely at your doorstep. All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). During peak shopping seasons or promotions, processing times may be slightly extended, but we will always notify you of any delays.

We offer a variety of shipping options at checkout to accommodate your needs:

• Standard Shipping (U.S.): Estimated delivery in 3–7 business days after processing.

• Expedited Shipping (U.S.): Estimated delivery in 2–4 business days after processing.

• International Shipping: Estimated delivery in 7–21 business days, depending on the destination and customs processing.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may be subject to carrier delays beyond our control.

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the weight, size, and destination of your package. We also offer:

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can track your package through the carrier’s website. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.

Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages

We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, or unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions. However, if your package is lost or significantly delayed, please contact us at support@gemspirecrystalgallery.com, and we will assist you in resolving the issue.

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please notify us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We will gladly replace the item or offer a refund if applicable.

International Shipping Policy

We ship worldwide! However, international orders may be subject to customs clearance procedures that can cause delays beyond our estimated delivery times. Any duties, taxes, or import fees are the responsibility of the recipient.
